Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chickpea flour besan
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables e.g., bell peppers, onions, tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, water, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
