  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk e.g., almond milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

For Biscuits

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in vegan butter or coconut oil until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
