Peanut sauce:
Peanut Sauce
3tablespoons peanut butter
1tablespoonsoy sauce or tamari
1tablespoonlime juice
1teaspoonmaple syrup or agave nectar
1/2teaspoongrated ginger
1/2teaspoonsriracha or chili sauceadjust to taste
1/2tablespoonwarm water for thinning

In a bowl, marinate tofu cubes with soy sauce, lime juice, curry powder, and turmeric for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
