30 Min FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT at Home For People Over 50

This is a full-body workout that uses dumbells. It’s designed for people over 50 and works the arms, shoulders, and legs. It also has some cardio exercises (such as star jumps and high knees) to keep your heart rate high.

I’ve outlined the exercises below the video so if you want to know those first, scroll down. Also, it’s good to know that this 30-minute workout consists of 3 rounds of 10 minutes. So, if you don’t have time or the stamina to go half an hour, you can shorten the workout as you wish.

Warm-up:

  • Arm circles
  • Leg swings
  • Stretching

Set 1:

  • Dumbell deadlifts
  • Dumbell reverse flyes

Set 2:

  • Dumbell squat-to-press
  • Dumbell shoulder press

Set 3:

  • Driving wheels
  • Tricep kickbacks

Set 4:

  • Cross body raises
  • Star jumps

Cooldown:

  • High knees
  • Cooldown stretches
