I have to say agave is a staple in my breakfast routine. That’s because I like to eat healthy (think chia pudding, rolled oats, etc.) but I have trouble eating my breakfast if it isn’t a little sweet. That’s why I came up with a bunch of chia pudding recipes with our delicious vegan honey (aka agave). They’re also very easy to make and don’t really require any special ingredients. Enjoy!

Classic Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and agave syrup.
Stir well to ensure all chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, cocoa powder, and agave syrup.
Stir thoroughly until the cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Berry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup mixed berries
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, soy milk, and agave syrup.
Stir well and then add mixed berries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Coconut Mango Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh mango (diced)
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and agave syrup.
Stir well and then add diced mango.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, matcha powder, and agave syrup.
Stir thoroughly until the matcha powder is fully dissolved.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Banana Nut Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 tbsp agave syrup
1/4 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, mashed banana, and agave syrup.
Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and top with chopped nuts. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup oat milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, oat milk, peanut butter, and agave syrup.
Stir thoroughly until the peanut butter is well incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, coconut milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and agave syrup.
Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup cashew milk
1/2 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, cashew milk, and agave syrup.
Stir well and then add sliced strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving and enjoy!
Lemon Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, lemon zest, and agave syrup.
Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
Add fresh blueberries and gently stir to distribute them throughout the mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
